Refund policy

At VendorsPlug, we sell digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.

All products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to digital content.

 

1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

 

Due to the instant and irreversible delivery of digital content, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

 

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

 

This includes (but is not limited to):

 

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read the description

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Lack of expected results

  • Business losses

  • Misunderstanding of what is included

 

2. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

 

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.


However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal.


By completing a purchase on VendorsPlug, you:

 

  • Expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content

  • Acknowledge that access begins immediately after payment

  • Confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal

 


Once digital access has been delivered, no refunds can be issued.

 


 

3. Digital Delivery Confirmation

 

Delivery is considered fulfilled when:

 

  • Access is sent to the email provided at checkout, OR

  • Access is displayed/downloadable on the confirmation page

 

Failure to access due to incorrect email, spam filtering, device incompatibility, or user error does not qualify for a refund.

 


 

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 


By purchasing from VendorsPlug, you agree not to initiate a chargeback based on dissatisfaction or misunderstanding.


We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using evidence including:

 

  • Proof of delivery

  • IP address logs

  • Checkout consent records

  • Agreement to Terms & Conditions

  • Access logs

 


Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent service denial.

 


 

5. Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs on our side preventing access entirely, you must contact us within 48 hours so we can attempt to resolve the issue.


Refunds will not be granted for user-side technical problems.
